Day 1 – On day 1 you will begin fieldwork right away and then go on to the simulator, winching, and first flight by day 3. The classroom will be done during bad weather and mid-day.
Day 2- More Ground Handling. This is where the work starts and you will be learning how a wing flies and how to control it. Prepare for laughs and frustration!
Day 3- Kiting Continued and Simulator Work. Winch introduction and first flights! Paramotor maintenance. After 1st flight you decide to continue into PPG2, Take test for PPG1 rating.
Day 4- . Expect 5 to 10 flights over the next 3-6 days, now it's time to consider your equipment choices, new or used. Should you prefer to tay on School gear we simply charge $35 per day for maintenance and fuel.
Mornings and evenings are dedicated to flying. Lot’s of flying! Our goal is to complete the first 8 flights at which time students can fly on their own, take their equipment if they have it or stay and fly. Once a student reaches 25 flights then they can exhibit required skills and take their PPG2 test. This is your goal!
Tuition is due at start of class and covers all of your Ground and Aerial work. You will receive the full USPPA syllabus binder with supporting documentation. Properly sized motor and wings for students use for the first 30 days.
SPECIAL- As a US Importer for Nirvana and Air Conception paramotors, all alumni will receive an additional $500 discount on a package before and up till the first flight. We also use the awesome Flow Wings.
Layered clothing, shoes with ankle support and a great attitude. You will need to join USPPA.org in order to fully benefit from the full program and receive your ratings.
